Stock trading system

There is a term called “algorithmic trading,” but “system trading” has a slightly different nuance.

When I say “algorithmic trading,” I somehow imagine a trade based on a situational judgment, such as making a counter trade or placing a limit order just before a large limit order, based on the situation on the securities company’s order book.

When I think of “system trading,” I mean trading based on technical analysis that analyzes more tick data.

I want to examine whether it really has an advantage…

Correlation with high IQ

The score for “theoretical reasoning”, which has a large impact on IQ measurement, is a great advantage when considering the logic of system trading.

I’m not an IQ expert, so I don’t know, but even people with high IQs seem to have strengths and weaknesses, and people with high IQs in language-related areas are not necessarily suited to it.

Another characteristic of high IQs is that they tend to delve deep into things they are interested in, but will perform worse than average people in things they are not interested in. lol

If you have a high IQ and are interested in “investment”, why not try system trading?

You don’t need to communicate with people who make decisions based on emotions, and sociality doesn’t matter.

You just need to win overwhelmingly in the stock market.

The Turtles, a legendary group of traders

In 1983, famous American investor Richard Dennis and mathematician William Lockhart made a bet that they could train excellent traders, and Turtles was established as a trader training school.

Can you train excellent traders in a two-week course on the so-called investment logic? The answer was “YES.”

More than 40 years have passed since then, and it is now possible to systematize the investment logic.

System trading makes the investment logic accessible to anyone, and all a trader has to do is decide on the stock and market conditions at their own discretion and press the “start button.”

In short, I want to develop it into a system trading version of Turtles that shares a winning system.

However, I have yet to find a “holy grail” theory that will ensure a win regardless of the stock or market conditions in stock trading.
